How Burns Work
X1 uses dynamic base fees that scale with network congestion. A portion of these base fees are burned (permanently removed), making XNT deflationary. As network usage increases, more XNT is burned.

X1 blocks have a 48M compute unit (CU) limit. Higher utilization means more activity and higher congestion pricing. This correlates with increased burn rates due to dynamic base fees.
